By booking an appointment with Nude Glam Studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Bookings

Appointments can be made through our online booking system or by contacting Nude Glam Studio directly. A booking fee is required to secure all appointments.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the loss of the booking fee.

Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice may also forfeit their booking fee.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require the appointment to be rescheduled.

Treatment Suitability

Your safety and wellbeing are our priority.

Before every treatment, you are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy status and any other relevant health conditions that may affect your suitability for treatment.

Nude Glam Studio reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment where it is considered unsafe or unsuitable.

Results

Treatment outcomes vary from person to person. Individual results depend on factors including skin condition, natural lashes or brows, lifestyle, home care and adherence to aftercare advice.

For this reason, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Aftercare

Clients are responsible for following the recommended aftercare instructions provided after their treatment. Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect the longevity and outcome of your results.

Children & Guests

To maintain a safe, private and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone unless prior arrangements have been made.

Payment

A booking fee is required to secure all appointments and will be applied towards the total cost of your treatment. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment. Payments can be made securely through Fresha or by cash at the studio.

Gift Vouchers

Where available, gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and must be redeemed before their expiry date.

Personal Belongings

While every care is taken, Nude Glam Studio is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings brought to your appointment.

Changes to These Terms

Nude Glam Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
